New Year's Resolutions 2014

1. Respect the daily requirements of sleep, exercise, and meditation.
2. Cultivate generosity and compassion, and watch carefully for opportunities to express them.
3. Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.
4. Expect the unexpected.
5. Whenever possible, be the unexpected.

#1 Dad and I have gone to bed. It's only 11 PM here. Had a lovely dinner and watched a movie. We don't feel an obligation to wait till midnight. Happy new year.
