Hi Andrew, and I'm having a hard time getting the beginning. Honestly, I'm working so hard to follow along but the language is often so clinical. I am rewarded now and again by these moments of clarity which make it worth while. But then the book itself, physically, is so heavy, its makes it hard to read in bed-especially when you're at the beginning or the end when the weight is all to one side. I may have to begin with some short stories. Jen
